Vacating

The Residential Tenancies Act requires tenants to give at least 28 days’ written notice if they intend to vacate the property.

The end date on your notice cannot be before the end date of the lease. If it is, you are breaking your lease and may be subject to associated fees.

If you intend to vacate, you must fill in this form, which you can email to us. We will then contact you to discuss the vacating process, and send a Final Inspection Cleaning Guide.
